Krissi has proudly called the Midlands of South Carolina home for over 20 years. With a lifelong passion for real estate—shaped early on by her father’s career in construction—Krissi brings both expertise and genuine care to her role as in overseeing acquisitions for Elevate Properties. She specializes in working with property owners to create smooth, stress-free solutions for selling their homes, always with a focus on honesty and respect. Outside of work, Krissi enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her church, traveling, and reading.
Amanda Pereira
Amanda has spent the majority of her life in South Carolina and brings more than 20 years of real estate expertise of the local market. As a partner at Elevate Properties, she leads design, development, project management, and operations—guided by a talent for envisioning what a property can become rather than just what it is. Her forward-thinking approach, combined with a deep knowledge of the Midlands market, allows her to transform properties and maximize potential for Elevate Properties. This
allows for Elevate to make maximum offers for properties! Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her two sons.
Lea Murga
Lea made South Carolina her home four years ago after visiting and falling in love with the area for over 25 years. A real estate investor and entrepreneur with 30 years of business experience, Lea has a desire to help property owners find solutions that work. As a partner at Elevate Properties, she handles raising capital and bookkeeping. When she's not working, she enjoys fitness, traveling with her husband, cooking for family, and mentoring new entrepreneurs in her investment community.
